One fee a year. Every user included.

AviSMS is a flat annual subscription for the organisation, banded by its size. An AOC holder with up to five aircraft pays €3,600 a year. An approved training organisation with one or two aircraft pays €1,188. A Part-145, Part-CAMO, aerodrome or ANSP organisation with up to 25 staff pays €3,000. Every band includes every module and every user in every role, and there is no per-seat charge at any point.

Annual list price, per organisation. Unlimited users. 60-day trial, no card. Billed by invoice.

Air operator certificate holders

Commercial air transport operators of aeroplanes and helicopters certified under Regulation (EU) No 965/2012, including an organisation that holds an AOC and an ATO approval together. The band follows the fleet on the certificate.

Approved training organisations

Flight schools certified under Part-ORA, which run the same management system as an operator, proportionate to their size. ORA.GEN.200(b) is explicit about that proportionality, and so is this ladder.

Other SMS-regulated organisations

Part-145 maintenance organisations, Part-CAMO, certified aerodromes and air navigation service providers. They have no fleet to band on, so the band follows headcount.

The AI assistant, as an add-on.

The AI assistant drafts and a person decides. It is an add-on to any tier: €49 a month for an AOC holder or a Part-145, Part-CAMO, aerodrome or ANSP organisation, €29 a month for an approved training organisation, and included in every trial. Nothing is sent to your competent authority by it.

What it drafts
Mitigation measures for an occurrence, with the basis each one rests on cited. The Five Whys and the contributing factors of an investigation. A safety bulletin, for the safety manager's approval. A reference to the section and page of your own manuals that applies. And it reads the company forms you upload, so a scanned report becomes a draft record.
What stays with you
Every draft is labelled as a draft and remains one until a person accepts it; that person is the author of record, exactly as before. It does not classify an occurrence, close a finding or file a report on its own, and it never transmits anything to an authority.
Fair use
200 AI actions per organisation per month. Ask if you routinely need more.
In the trial
Included in every 60-day trial, switched on from the first day, so what you evaluate is the whole product.
Your data
Reports are de-identified before they are sent to the model, and your manuals stay your property.

Billed with the subscription, on the same invoice and the same term. To add it, write to hi@avitracer.com.

Included at every tier

None of this is an add-on, and none of it depends on which band you are in.

  • Unlimited users, in every role. Administrators, safety managers, auditors, reporters and viewers cost nothing, because a system that charges by the seat gives an operator a financial reason not to let a pilot file a report — and under-reporting is the outcome Regulation (EU) No 376/2014 exists to prevent.
  • Every module: occurrence reporting and investigation, trends, the risk register, audits and findings, controlled documents, safety promotion, reports and settings.
  • Every export: the E5X bundle for ECCAIRS 2, the ECCAIRS form and occurrence PDFs, the monthly safety report, the risk register and findings, the Excel workbook and the Operations Manual section.
  • 25 GB of attachments, and the audit log, record history and archive-never-delete behaviour that go with them.
  • Hosting on Google Cloud europe-west1 (Belgium), with your organisation's records under their own path and no replication outside the region.
  • 60 days of the full product before you commit anything, with no card and nothing switched off.

Additional attachment storage€5 / month per 25 GB25 GB is included. The overage is deliberately close to a rounding error on the subscription: storage must never be the reason someone deletes an occurrence attachment, which is evidence in a regulated file.

Each additional organisation under one group contract50% of tier priceFor a customer holding more than one regulatory approval. Explained below.
Monthly billing instead of annual+20%The annual price is the price; monthly is the surcharge, not annual the discount.
Three-year term−10%The price is locked for the term. This is the only discount there is: on term, never off the list.

One customer, several approvals.

A group is a customer that holds more than one regulatory approval. It pays the full tier price for its largest organisation and 50% of the tier price for each additional one.

The reason is the one that shapes the product itself. Each approval is a separate legal entity with its own accountable manager, its own competent authority, its own occurrence reference sequence and its own audit programme, and its records cannot be commingled with another's. When an authority audits one certificate it has to see that certificate's occurrences and nothing else.

So each approval is a separate organisation in AviSMS, with its own boundary enforced by the security rules rather than by convention — and the second one costs half.

Where this applies

  • A holding company with air operator certificates in two countries.
  • An operator that also runs a flight school as a separately approved ATO.
  • A group holding an AOC alongside a separate Part-145 maintenance organisation.
  • An operator that acquires another AOC and has to keep both certificates alive through the merger.

How you pay

Invoiced, against a purchase order, the way a European operator's finance department expects to buy software.

Annual, in advance
The list price above. One invoice for the year, per organisation.
Monthly
Available at 20% more than the annual price. Same product, same terms; you are paying for the flexibility.
Three-year term
10% off, and the price is locked for the three years.
By invoice
There is no card checkout and nothing to buy inside the application: you are invoiced and you pay the invoice. If you would rather pay by card, ask and we will send you a subscription payment link.
Currency
Euro. A price list in US dollars is available on request.
Trial
60 days of the full product, no card. Your records stay yours: nothing is deleted when a trial or a subscription ends, and you can always export them.

The case to your accountable manager.

The comparison that decides this is not another vendor's quotation. It is what the same work costs without the software.

The entry tier for an operator, €3,600 a year, is roughly 6% of what one aviation safety manager costs the company for a year. It buys back the part of that person's week that currently goes on maintaining spreadsheets, rebuilding the same monthly report from scratch and hunting for the evidence behind a finding.

The other half of the argument is one every safety manager has already lived through: a single Level 1 finding at an authority audit — the corrective action plan, the re-inspection, the management time around both — costs more than a year of the subscription.

And the invoice itself is defensible: one round annual figure per organisation, published on this page, with no per-seat line to justify and no true-up when the company hires.

What people ask about the price.

Which tier are we?
Fleet size selects the band for an AOC holder or an approved training organisation; headcount selects it for a Part-145, Part-CAMO, aerodrome or ANSP organisation. An organisation holding both an AOC and an ATO approval is priced on the operator ladder, once. You declare the figure — it is the same number that is public on your certificate.
What happens if the fleet grows?
The band follows the fleet you declare. Tell us when that changes, and crossing into another band moves the price at your next renewal — never in the middle of a term you have already paid for.
Do you charge per user?
No, and we will not. Every pilot, engineer and cabin crew member gets a reporter account at no cost, because the alternative is a safety management system with a price tag on the act of reporting.
Is there a free tier?
No. There is a 60-day trial of the whole product with no card and nothing switched off, which removes the same risk without pretending an organisation buying regulatory assurance wants a free tool.
Is the AI assistant included?
In the trial, yes: every trial has it. On a subscription it is an add-on, €49 a month for an operator or a Part-145, Part-CAMO, aerodrome or ANSP organisation and €29 a month for a training organisation, with a fair-use cap of 200 actions a month. It drafts; a person accepts; nothing goes to the authority by itself.
What happens to our data if we stop paying?
It stays yours and it stays exportable. Occurrence records, findings and audit evidence belong in a regulated file, and withholding them from an organisation that has to answer to its authority is not a position we will take.
Do you discount?
On term, not on list. Three years takes 10% off and locks the price; a second organisation under a group contract is 50%. Beyond that the published price is the price everybody pays, which is most of the point of publishing it.
Can we get it in writing?
Yes. Send your organisation type and fleet size or headcount through the contact form and you get the figure for your organisation and the onboarding options in writing — a quotation, not a sales call. hi@avitracer.com and +30 215 215 8312 reach the same people.
